A beautiful dame was asking him if he'd ever like to swing by her place to possibly let her hug him again and Bucky felt as if he'd hit himself in the head with the pressure washer nozzle. He shook his head, hair falling forward to make him grimace in annoyance before he thrust it back behind his ears. He'd have to start wearing a cap again. It kept the mess out of his face if nothing else.
"I'll take a rain check on trying again, never say never, but swinging by? I'd like that. I'm maintenance here at Hope Springs and helping out over at Copperstone. I do odd jobs here and there. It didn't matter.
