Death had been crossing the road, she thought she'd looked but sometimes even her senses failed her. And she hadn't seen Tony's car coming at her until she'd hopped back as he slid to a stop. Dark eyes focused on him for a moment before she let a patient smile curl her lips. She wasn't worried, though, he could hit her and she'd be fine. She thought. Maybe. She didn't know for sure. She didn't feel human, so she was sure she'd have been okay.
"Sorry. I did not see you. I apologize." she looked at him with a curious look. She knew his face. This was a man who had seen Death before. Although she didn't remember looking like this. So she smiled, and brushed hair out of her eyes.
"I do not think I have ever really been in a car." she said after a moment. She only popped into the human world every hundred years. Time for such things was rare. She canted her head a bit. "What is this one?" she knew about cars, many peoples' lives ended because of them, she'd seen almost every kind. At least once.
