Hey you all! I'm Carol and I'll be taking over James Potter from now on!

James is strong and extremely loyal to his best friends, though he can be selfish when he's met with something he really wants. He still carries a lot of traits from being spoiled and overly cared for by his wealthy parents, but James has matured considerably over the years. He is kind to everyone he feels he might be able to trust and for most part has been trying to stay out of trouble.

And this year, he will make sure he gets what he wants most.

As for me, I'm 22 and I've been RPing for years. I live in São Paulo, Brazil and I'm a law student. I want to play with ALL of you. James will love to taunt Slytherins and will befriend anyone from other houses. Feel free to contact me in Staggering59 (aim).

Now where are the Marauders?

	Huzzah, I'm Iggy from Crack it Up! =) On NCF I play like ten people but I won't spend much on them, so Frank Longbottom, Antonin Dolohov, Margaret Cuffe, Myron Wagtail, Maxwell Avery, Edgar Bones and Remus Lupin! HI CAROL MY NAME IS CAITLIN AND I WANT TO BE YOUR BEST FRIEND.

So I have a boatload of characters, and they are:

Narcissa Black, who hates James on general principles of being a blood traitor and befriending Sirius. She is a lot smarter than she often acts, but James has probably heard from Sirius, more than once, that she is too dumb to live. She will ignore James if at all possible.

Kirley McCormack, currently going by Kirley Duke, a seventh year Gryffindor. Sirius recently started sleeping with Kirley's sister and Kirley kind of punched him for it, so Kirley is currently basically avoiding all the Marauders. And also he is on drugs.

Caradoc Dearborn, an Auror and Order member and the most self-absorbed pretentious prick you will ever meet outside of, well, James. XD They could get to be friendly maybe?

Seren Zabini, a seventh year Slytherin who hates men. She will taunt James right back.

Julian Nott, a Death Eater who just does not talk to schoolkids, so...well, there's that.

Jackson Visit, currently a Department of Mysteries researcher, soon to be next year's DADA professor. So James doesn't know him yet, probably, but he will.

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST I play Sirius Black. Sirius loves James to a rather unreasonable degree, and it can be safely assumed that, up til now, James knows absolutely everything that has ever happened in Sirius's life. Except for that one time Remus kissed him. That's a secret. Because it was weird.

Also I will fill you in on what is up with Sirius, because, um, a lot of stuff is up with Sirius. Uncle Alphard died three weeks ago, sending Sirius off into a depressive spiral that he still hasn't entirely recovered from, although he's really good at fooling most people that he is totally normal. He is also having a bit of a crisis of conscience and is trying to be a better person, whatever the hell that means. Alphard left him his house and a bunch of money, and Sirius is kind of freaked out about going to live where his uncle died.

Also Sirius has recently befriended Lily, and is trying to make amends with Regulus, largely by buying a cat to lure him with.

And um, that is all the important stuff I can think of, SO LET'S BE BEST FRIENDS NOW. Or at least James and Sirius can be. :D

Hi Carol, welcome to NCF! I'm Chantal and I play two characters:

Hestia Jones is a 6th year Ravenclaw, prefect, and a humanitarian dreamer. She wants to do humanitarian work abroad when she graduates, but in the mean time she's usually busy organizing vigils and fundraisers for various issues. She was sexually assaulted earlier in the year by a fellow student (Max Avery, who's been kicked out of school since), and though she's mostly better now, it's still affecting her. What else? She's Kirley's girlfriend. She's a friendly girl who gets along with most people, so she's probably good with James. If you have more ideas, I'm up for it. :)

Evelyn Nott is an Auror and a DE, and married to Julian Nott. She usually doesn't talk to students.

	Hey Chantal! I'm sure James and Hestia would be good friends. I love as many female friends for James as I can get, so they could get on very well! We could definitely talk about that! As for Nott, I'm sure James will be happy to taunt him quite frequently! Added you! (Reply to this) (Parent)

HIYA! I'm Lily and we will have some very important things to talk about. xD

First, I play Lily Evans. Lily and James clearly have some history that includes flirting and rejection. She's recently become pretty good friends with Sirius, so even if she chooses not to date him, they probably will end up interacting at some point on a relatively friendly basis. I will have to IM you so we can chat.

Second, I play Peter Pettigrew, who hero worships James. Yes, still. xD He's a good friend still, not traitory, etc. So we will also have to chat about them!

Amelia, Kathryn and Rabastan won't pay him much attention. Even though Rabastan will know of him most likely, Rab doesn't do the people thing, especially between house fighting. He thinks it's dumb. But he thinks a lot of things are dumb, so yes. Kathryn's a healer, so she won't know him until after he's out of Hogwarts. Amelia's an Auror, so she'd not know him until after Hogwarts either.

Hey Lily! You were one of the few I didn't get to meet yesterday on the chat!

James is absolutely crazy about Lily. He's focusing all his energy into getting her this year, so I doubt they'll ever be friends if she ends up chosing Snape (which I hope she doesn't :P), I bet there'd be a lot of tension there - even so, he'll never give up. I also hear that Lily and Snape are kind of close now because of the lack of James in the game before, so we'll just HAVE to fix that!

Awesome! I loooove Peter! We can definitely have a lot of fun with that!

And James loves to provoke the Death Eater ones, so you'll be taking some of my taunts from that end too!

Hi Carol! This is Ashley, and I pretty much tell everyone the same thing: Meaghan does her darnedest to be friends with everyone she meets. If James responded at all well to her, or even if he used to be a dick and is being friendly now, she'll follow up on that. She does play Quidditch so they'll have met on the pitch, and if it matters to James, he knows Meaghan's been sleeping with Sirius (though Meaghan doesn't know he knows).
