Kahea and Open
Kahea wore a bright smile on her face as she got ready to celebrate Christmas with her tribe. Last year, she was so sick because of the cold, and so bitter about holidays, that she stayed locked up in her place with Anela and Koa keeping her company. But this year, she had taken better care of herself, did her best not to get sick and was actually looking forward to the winter holiday. Koa had a red and green bandanna around his neck, over his collar and Anela wore a red ribbon with golden jingle bells on the ends. As for Kahea, she wore a bright green turtle neck, jeans, boots, and her jacket. She pulled her hair up into a ponytail and tied it off with the same red ribbon that Anela was wearing.
It wasn't much, but Kahea still felt like it was special enough for the holiday. She couldn't wait to see what her other tribemates looked like. Kahea also planned to lead Christmas carols that evening for anyone who wanted to sing them with her. Hopefully she could find something warm to drink, otherwise her voice would be so cracked and rough sounding.
Kahea strode into the Tawa celebration, smile still on her face, Koa at her side and Anela across her shoulders.
