Cascade Locks has not come through the last six months without scars. There have been losses from all tribes, particularly heavily hit are the Cano, who valiantly held their forest against slavers and other invaders who capitalised on the instability of the region and the distraction of the tribal leaders.
The death of Bridget has seen Marigold promoted by vote to the leadership of the Cano, and Saga’s crackdown on outsiders has tightened the grip of the Chets on the areas which used to be more relaxed and open, and made Cascade Locks a much more dangerous place not to belong to a tribe than it used to be.
The Tawa lost Onyx to massive withdrawal symptoms, but as spring limps into summer and the invaders draw away to tend to their own wounded, and things are slowly returning to normal, with the borders reopening, with tighter security.

Individual Occurrences
What happened to your character(s) during the war against the slavers? Were they injured? Are they now plagued by the events? What about between the aftermath and the timeskip (present time IG, end of June 2016)? New friendships? Relationships? Changes? Etc.
Use this thread to post an OOC snapshot of what has happened to your character(s). Please use a separate post/s for each character if you have multiple. This will act as Mod and Player reference, but of course, you are still welcome to play out any plotness in the Past Comm, if you wish. Or, in regards to events during and immediately after the war, use the Fight, Rescue or Aftermath Threads.
