Lot smirked as Buck delivered his speech being very careful not to out right insult anyone. He was by far the best at biting his tongue but how much longer could he stand the taste of copper? When Mac began to speak and make her list of demands Lot tried not to roll his eyes but may have snuck one in during a blink and when she'd finished he took a breath.
"You may have intentions to visit each tribe to check up on our progress but that's all it'll be until each one of us agrees to it," he informed her curtly, "We may be facing a new situation but that doesn't mean we're about to craft new rules about crossing into other territories. If you want to come and view our progress you have to ask but I'll tell you now I would rather we have another meeting to relay the news we have." he crossed his arms over his chest and tried to resist looking indignant again, "This isn't my first rodeo Mac and I'm pretty sure me and Niro can gather men who are skilled enough to sort out this problem," glancing at Niro he said, "Actually I'm certain of it so we'll set up another meeting and get back to you then." and that was it as far as he was concerned. She could argue all she liked but he wasn't having anybody telling him how to handle his men, he was not an idiot and she was not entitled to pass judgement on him. "Besides," he added, "You can use the extra time to make sure your group are up to scratch." he smiled.
