"I usually check the hives right at the start of my rounds but I decided to change my order today," Buck replied, glancing around as he spoke to check there wasn't anything suspicious around the area. He didn't trust the Chets to try and destroy or claim the hives if they found out where they were. And he didn't want Honey to be caught up in that. He didn't trust the other tribes either, to not have spies around. It was bad enough Sugar hung out with the Tawa spy - no matter how much Stryde denied that's what he was, Buck didn't believe a word of it.
Buck gave a small shake of his head, his focus returning to Honey at her words. "You have nothing to be sorry about, Honey. I was just worried about you."
