Kahea and Barbie
Kahea was sipping her cider and letting the setting of the place surround her senses, relax her muscles and thoughts, and put her in a kind of Zen-like state.
Kahea smiled brightly when the other woman came up to her. She recognized her from other social events, where Kahea had performed by singing or dancing. The two had always exchanged flirty glances and smiles, but Kahea always had somewhere else to be after a performance, like figuring out her loot from the show, or meeting with fellow performers to celebrate. Kahea found the woman to be pretty, but hadn't given much thought past that.
"Hello yourself," Kahea replied, taking another sip from her cider. "I wasn't aware that there wasn't someone to dance with. Especially with you here," she flirted. The accent was intriguing but it was the woman's eyes that captured her. Kahea was a sucker for colored eyes, especially green ones. Green was such a rare eye color before the pulse, but after, it was damn near impossible.
"So, is a dance all that needs to be paid to be able to keep looking into your beautiful emeralds all night?" Kahea stated shamelessly, never breaking eye-contact.
