Knight glanced over at her and smiled at the smudge of flour. He didn't say anything right away, as it was adorable. "What kind are we making now? It smells good," He added, the spices and heat from the fire making the air warm and inviting, "It reminds me of this time I was stationed in Italy, at the base in Vincenza. We were in town, dropping off supplies, when I realized one of the guys was missing. I found him at a bakery, trying one of everything, swearing up and down that he'd found heaven on Earth. I had to see if he was right. It was worth being late and getting yelled at by my CO."
Knight gave her a frankly disbelieving look. "Even if that was true, I'm sure there are worse things than finding your talent and making a life with it, right?"
