EVERLEIGH & LIAM
WHO: Ever & Liam WHEN: Tuesday afternoon | Feb. 5th 2013: 3pm WHERE: Halls of Mystic Veil Academy to ??? WHAT: Ever's having a shitty afternoon and runs into Liam. RATING: High (for Language, maybe naughty stuff. We have no control, let's not kid ourselves.) OPEN: Not at the moment.
Everleigh hurried through the hall ways of Mystic Veil, trying to put as much distance between herself and the boys who had just humiliated her in the locker room. What made it worse was that her 'friends' hadn't done or said anything in Ever's defense, instead ganging up on her. Apparently a group of junior boys had thought it would be cute to sneak into the girl's locker room. The other girls had screamed and jumped around covering themselves quickly, but nothing was really seen. Ever on the other hand had decided to take a shower after the arduous gym class she had just partaken in. Sure she COULD have waited until she was back in her dorm, but Everleigh hated to be sweaty. And she planned on meeting up with Lennox to help the other girl study for a class she had already taken, stopping back at the dorm was just a pain. The shifter had been lost in her own world, paying no attention to the shrieks and giggling of the girls in the locker room, as she was the only one in the back of the locker room showers. She should have been more aware of the fact that it suddenly got completely silent, but she wasn't. The blonde leopard was humming to herself as she rinsed the last of the conditioner from her hair. She was facing the shower spray and didn't hear the silent boy who had his cellphone out, taking a picture of her from behind, until one of the other boys wolf whistled at her and Ever gasped as she spun around, horror on her pretty face.
"WHAT THE FUCK?!" she shouted at them, scrambling to cover herself as the junior with the cellphone continued to take pictures of her and his friends made dirty commentary. Her 'friends' were in the doorway laughing uproariously unable to contain themselves.
"Check out her tight ass," one of them commented as Ever grabbed her towel and wrapped it around herself, her cheeks flaming from anger and embarrassment. "I wonder if her pussy is as tight," another mused aloud, his eyes on the smaller girl. Ever was completely horrified and shocked, and if she wasn't holding up her towel she would have slapped him. But what came next was like a slap in the face.
"Nah, she had a kid remember, stretches that shit out," a vampire boy told them. Ever was completely stunned at the way they were talking to her, how bold and cruel they were. It probably shouldn't have surprised her, but it hurt. She rushed out of the shower, as the commentary continued, the words, whore and slut following her. Hot tears threatened to prick her eyes, but she held them in, not wanting to give anyone the satisfaction of seeing her cry. "Maybe that's why Cullen moved onto her sister, since he already blew that one out." Ever had already suspected her sister and Cullen were seeing each other but to have someone throw it in her face to cruelly, felt like someone had threw a bucket of cold water on her. She grabbed her pile of clothing and fled into a bathroom stall to pull on the outfit she had brought to change into that wasn't her school uniform she had worn all day. Still the commentary continued, one of the boys remarking on the fac that he thought she would have gross stretch marks. One of the girls answered that she probably had plastic surgery for that. The group laughed and Ever pulled her cardigan on, shoving her wet blonde hair out of her face as she burst through the stall door to grab her things and flee.
It was taking all her control not to cry as she held her head up and stormed away from the locker room. She wished she had something witty to retort at them, but she had nothing, just wanting to put as much distance between her and the locker room as possible. Ever couldn't hold back the tears now as she hurried through the halls, her vision blurry from the tears that were now falling down her cheeks. For the first time in her life, Ever looked at the ground as she walked, not wanting to make eye contact with anyone. She felt dirty and humiliated. She rounded a corner and collided with someone, dropping her stuff. Ever didn't look up at the person until she was already on her knees, gathering her things. It was Liam. Of course it was Liam. It had to be Liam. And she was crying. There was no hiding that she was crying as she tried to roughly wipe the tears away with the back of her arm.
"I'm sorry," she mumbled as she reached for one of her books.
