Grace smiled at him, "I just didn't want her to surprise you if she did pounce, or dirty your clothing or anything" she explained, still smiling as she lent up and kissed his cheek, "I'm so glad you came!" Grace loved being surprised and she loved liked being around Dallas; so hi turning up out of the blue had made her good night absolutely perfect.
Grace couldn't help but be amused by everything- it was awesome and perfect in her eyes so she couldn't help but smile broadly. She had very few idea about how they were meant to act and what they were meant to do in their own time. She returned his smile with one of her own he was so sweet. And really Grace was happy that he was here and they spent time together, even if they spent most of it deciding what to do Tonight. Hope was standing on the couch, every now and again she'd jump up and then disappear behind again because she was too little to stay up for too long. It looked as if she was playing boo! Then she disappeared and tried to whimper but Grace didn't move she knew it was a trick- if you went over there hope was going to pounce at you- Grace had fallen for it far too many times to be tricked again.
She grinned over at him, "That's a secret" she claimed not answering, she was giving him a very cheeky smile like a naughty child. She didn't want to force him to watch anything and Grace liked anything except scary horror movies and shark movies- they scared her and she simply avoided them or covered her face and ears through them. She just wasn't someone who liked being scared or watching people getting eaten. Grace was going to make sure that Dallas had a good time whilst hanging out with her, making him smile and be happy was a great goal for her to have. "I have the perfect movie! Do you like Anchorman? With Will Ferrell in it? I have others too if you don't." She and her group of friends were always borrowing and lending movies to one another, she'd swapped Drew her Classic Hollywood movies for a couple of movies he had- including Anchorman.
