Wade said nothing to comment telling him it was about time he admitted that. The smile was a little closer to the Aerinn he knew, but still only a shadow of her. Again he stroked her hair along the back of her head and then she was against his chest, in his arms, where she fit perfectly. He held her, his head resting gently against hers. Her admission that she was afraid, had him stroking her soft hair. Wade kissed the top of her head affectionately.
"I don't know much about them," he admitted softly. "But I think they are supposed to bring balance to the world. And if you're one that means there are the others too. That's what the magic does, it creates the perfect balance of the elements. I'm sure you can't be the only one."
