OUTDOOR GARDEN | Adrian & Lyri
"I did," she answered brightly, but her face quirked as she glanced at Adrian as if he were trying to pry the secret from her, "But I can't tell you, you know that. It won't come true!" Lyri thought nothing of being tucked against the Seelie Knight; unaware of prying eyes and loose lips. He was Adrian and he'd saved her and she adored him. There was no one else who made her feel so safe - not even her Papa.
When he raised her hand, intertwined with his own, to his lips for a soft kiss, Lyri sighed. "You are such a flatterer." Though she had an innocence about her, it wasn't due to lack of knowledge of what young ladies and men did, or even how. No, she just didn't see a lot of the bad that was in the world. Still, she knew Adrian's reputation and how he'd gotten it, but it didn't paint him in an unflattering light for her. "How many of the ladies have been wooing you already tonight?" She glanced around comically, "Should I be afraid and hide that someone will come pull my hair and declare you theirs?"
