He didn't mind being honest with people he trusted and this woman had given him no reason to trust her other than what he saw in her eyes and what was currently coming out of her mouth.
"All I am saying is you could do much worse" He stated, "You're in a family of honor and they believe this is an honorable agreement."
He didn't mean to get so close but she'd gotten under his skin; she was in his head and annoying him- she'd pulled the truth out of him and now he was anticipating the moment thats he turned on him with them.
"I- I didn't mean to say what you have is wrong, what you want" he took a deep breath, as he looked into her eyes. "I don't mean that what you are is bad, nor who you are" he felt horrible and it showed as the ferocious demeanor fell away and watched her concerned. "There's nothing wrong with you" he promised trying to console her, he hadn't meant to attack her. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair frustrated. "I wish you weren't cursed to me. I wish you could have whatever it is you do want."
He looked at her, "Please. Don't apologize" He shook his head and looked around the grounds dark eyes focusing in the distance, his grandfather had been right one day someone would get under his skin and he'd face what he had buried. He turned back to her, not even sure what to say he'd jsut been so horrible to her and she looked like she was about to cry.
