Grace| Dallas; 10:00ish pm
Dallas smiled, the blush still on his cheeks despite his efforts to make it go away. How was he supposed to respond to those words? Especially when someone like Grace was saying them. He couldn't believe how much his perception had changed in just a few short hours. Seeing how beautiful she looked, talking to her without that barrier of friendship making things confusing, it had really opened his eyes. That still left the uncertainty now that Dallas was wondering if he was even allowed to feel this way about a friend. Hadn't they been ignoring the small signs all along? "The whole package? Wow. That's a lot to live up to," he said with a smile. "More so when it comes from someone so beautiful and kind and more of a package than I am."
His smile was genuine, but bashful at the same time. He wasn't smooth like other guys, and the added uncertainty of being Grace's friend first made him feel even less on his game. "Yes really. I guess I just never noticed before because I didn't want to seem inappropriate to a friend, but you're amazing, Grace."
