Kiss couldn't help but laugh as he played innocent. She knew he was just teasing, and Lexi understood she didn't really take him seriously. They always played and teased each other, and knowing someone for so long meant you tended to be able to read between the lines easily. "Oh nothing. You're completely innocent right?" she mused, shaking her head as she tried not to smirk so much. It was a losing battle, however. She simply couldn't be unhappy with her best friend around, even when there was confusion in her stomach as he stepped in close and kissed her cheek. She really needed to stop that kind of thing.
"Hmm. I may know of someone. She is rather fun and always willing to help her best friend," she said, pretending to think hard on the idea. Her clear blue eyes twinkled as she grinned at Lexi, giving up the thinking act. "Do you think I'm good enough to take up that task?" Winking, she moved towards one of the couches, indicating that he sit next to her once she herself was down. "Same old, same old. Tres lentement," she confessed with a sigh. Kiss felt bad that they hadn't hung out more, especially since a lot of the reason was she had been reconciling with Crash and neglecting her best friend.
