Kiss was on cloud nine lately. Ever since she'd gotten that text from Crash, where he asked her to give him another chance so they could make things work, she had been floating on air. Their date had only cemented those feelings. There was a part of her that was afraid he would change his mind and push her away again, but it was too miniscule to really bring her down. Kiss was an optimist by nature, and she was optimistic about this. They could make it work. There had been no issues between them the first time around, it was simply a tragic chain of events that tore them apart. Crash had needed time and space, and she'd given him both; though it killed her to do so. Now, they could fix all that. The time they'd spent together before he decided to tell her what he really wanted only confirmed their feelings. Kiss was in love with him still, as that had never faded, but she wasn't going to risk scaring him by moving too fast. Which was why she didn't text him today once her homework was done and boredom set in.
She was staring at her phone, willing it to make a noise, when she heard a knock at the door. Looking up, her heart lifted, the hope that Crash had somehow read her mind and decided to surprise her moving through her. Opening the door, she wasn't disappointed to see it wasn't Crash on the other side. Her smile widened when she saw Lexi, and she figured he was just as good as her boyfriend. "Hey! Quelle surprise! What brings you here, mon cher?" As Kiss spoke, she stepped back a little, opening the door so he could come inside.
