Who: Adelaide and Fabian Where: Fabian's Dorm When: Friday Evening; a few weeks after Truth or Dare What: A follow-up conversation is desperately needed
Getting dressed had been stupidly hard. Picking the right outfit had been far more stressful that Adelaide had thought it was even possible. Of course, she knew that it was less about the outfit she chose and more about the whole situation but clothes were important to her. She knew the importance of dressing right and the power the right outfit could have. She needed that right now. She was going to try to actually talk to Fabian. They hadn't spoken much at all since she had told him everything. Not that she hadn't tried to talk to him. Adelaide was finding the whole space thing very difficult to navigate. He had sent her away once or twice but he did answer her texts. She was taking the fact that he wasn't straight up ignoring her as a positive.
Her hard chosen outfit was simple but still, she fussed as she moved through the hallway. She had pulled out practically everything she owned to find the right look. She wanted to be casual, but still pretty. But she also didn't want it to be too casual like she wasn't taking the whole thing eriously. But also not like she was trying to distract him by was particularly sexy or beautiful dress. and she didn't want it to be too colorful cause that might look too happy but not too black cause that could come off too serious. Really Adelaide knew damn well that Fabian would never think of all these things. He would never try to analyze what was happening in her head based on what she was wearing. It didn't matter though as she still did it. Eventually she settled on a simple black top and rose pants.
he tucked her hair behind her ear as she softly bit her lip when she reached his door. It had been several weeks since everything and a week since the last time she had tried to talk to him, face to face. Maybe it had been enough time now? She knocked lightly on the door. her nervousness showed in the way she twisted her fingers together as she waited for it to open
