Clio & Gabriel | Late night/Early morning into Day 3
As Clio confessed that she hadn't done what she had done to Jerome on purpose, but she wanted to hurt him Gabriel nodded. Of course she wanted to hurt him, he hurt her all the time and he tried to kill her. At her added confession of revenge fantasy he caressed her cheek, eyes holding her shimmering tear filled ones. It was so clear that she was ashamed of what she had done to another person, even as awful a person as Jerome was.
"Well then we need to tell Cyd. And you need to start learning how to control your powers. And maybe I need to learn some of those defensive things they teach you as a knight." Gently he tucked a strand of that shining dark hair behind her ear and held her against him, lips moving sweetly against hers.
"Clio, you are my reason for being and this will not be the thing that breaks us." The fae looked into her eyes so close to his, their foreheads touching.
"Nothing will break us. Nothing can change the way I feel about you. We will find a way to make you feel safer with your powers, together."
