REN & KEY | JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT
Ren certainly understood that 'class is important to some people' stance all too well. Not that it was important to Luthor himself, or to Luxian even, to be honest. They just happened to be born into a family with a Matriarch who was consumed by bloodlines, money, and who you knew. But that wasn't something she was going to worry herself over the rest of the night; she'd leave it for tomorrow.
Instead Ferren focused on what it was that Key was sharing with her because she'd bet it wasn't something he did often. She was surprised by fact they had lived on the streets, and the human girl felt a swell of sympathy and compassion for the group. How young must they have been?! The very idea of them being homeless broke Ren's heart. Thank goodness they'd had each other. Her more inquisitive side held back all of the questions it wanted to ask. It wasn't polite to pry; especially on a special night like tonight had been. Perhaps one day she could broach the subject, or perhaps Key would share on his own.
Ferren laughed at his promise, and she waggled a finger at him while mock scolding him that he better keep it, or else. It was right about that moment when Ferren realized that Haejin was nowhere to be found. Even more interesting was the tidbit of information that Kibum shared right after. "Suki? Really?" Oh my goodness, how cute was Haejin? Ren couldn't help but wonder if he'd been nervous meeting Suki, and her pale blue eyes sought out the model as she thought of it. Only to find that, she too, was gone. "Oh! Well, will you look at that. It seems that our resident willowy model has also gone missing." She turned to Key and spocked a brow.
