"I agree," he said softly, reaching for her hand across the hand. "No fish." His eyes held hers for a few long moments, before he looked back at his menu. "I'm thinking about their veal Parmesan," he answered with another smile. Whenever he was around Kista, Crash wanted to smile, and shout how much he loved her from the top of his lungs. Squeezing her hand gently he stared at her for a few long moments, before the waitress re-appeared with a knowing smile for them both.
"Are the two of you ready to order?" she asked with a bright smile. "Or do you need a few more minutes?" Crash looked to Kiss before answering the woman with a smile of his own. "I know what I would like, but would you mind telling us about your best house chicken dishes?" The waitress smiled back at him before addressing them both to tell them about the various specialties of the house that involved chicken. Thanking her, Crash changed his mind as he ordered.
"I'll have the chicken Marsala," he told her his smile still on his face like the lovedrunk kid he was, still holding Kiss's hand in his while he ordered, looking at his date while she ordered the dish that had most interested her. When asked about his preference of salad dressing and soup, he choose French onion soup, with a Caesar salad. After both had ordered and their sparkling cider had been poured they were left alone with each other.
After a long moment of just staring at her over the table, Crash reached for her other hand and held them both before placing a soft kiss on her knuckles on both hands. "You look so beautiful tonight," he told her sincerely.
