Wyatt turned away from him and Trevor was left wondering what on earth that meant when he returned with two beers, which he handed one over to Trevor who took it, but not without a stupid look of surprise on his face that quickly melted away as he twisted off the top off his own. And as he took his own swig of the beer his twin spoke, a comment on his own admission of seeing a therapist. Trevor quickly shook his head at him, even though he'd already said he was.
"I mean yes I am, but DO NOT tell Kiely. Or any one ever, actually. You're the only one, besides my dad, who knows. I haven't even told Lourdes." Oh yeah, toxic masculinity, thy name is Trevor Landon. "Dr. Love's not so bad, she actually knows what she's talking about, but I still don't really need anyone to know." He took another swig of his beer. "She's actually been wanting me to focus more on my...anger issues." The cheetah shook his head as if it didn't matter.
At his twin's agreement to come, Trevor was in the middle of taking a sip when it came and he almost choked as he pulled the bottle away from his lips in shock. "You will?!" As he grumbled about expectations and the holiday's he'd experienced and Trevor was shaking his head with him in agreement.
"It'll be fine, no big deal," Trevor finally said as he nodded, unsure which of them he was trying to convince. "And was that for dinner or dessert?"
The silence that fell wasn't exactly awkward, more of a companionable moment before Wyatt cleared his throat and Trevor was about to drain the beer and make his exit before he fucked this up somehow when he was being invited to watch the game. There was surprise in his eyes and only a second of hesitation before he answered with a grin.
"Our first big test as long lost siblings: whose your team?"
