Hobi & Moon | Dance Practice Room
WHO: Hobi & Moon WHEN: About a month after the Supermoon WHERE: One of the smaller dance practice rooms. WHAT: Hobi and Moon being cute and newly embracing dating, although still super on the DL. (even though, no one in their group is stupid, except Taeyang who is still in the dark) RATING: Probably not getting TOO high, but definitely cute gay boys being cute and kissing and stuff.
It was probably like the 100th time Hoseok had run through the dance he was working on and normally he was super focused, but he kept getting distracted by the reflection of his gorgeous boyfriend in the dance mirrors. His gorgeous boyfriend who wasn't actually paying him any attention. And every time Hoseok even thought the word 'boyfriend' it sent the most delicious warmth through him. It was so new to them both just a little over a month since that fateful night the supermoon had given them a push to act on their feelings for each other. And mostly things hadn't really changed, not in public, except they (meaning Moon) was more aware of how touchy they were and tried to tone it down a bit more, which Hoseok had gently argued in private that it was actually more weird to stop a thing they already did. To which Moon seemed to agree, but Hoseok was a little more aware of just HOW touchy he was, so as to make his boyfriend feel a little more comfortable with their secret.
The only ones that knew officially were Jingi, because Hoseok had told him, and Haejin, because Moon had told him. And neither had seemed surprised or upset by it. Hobi knew they needed to tell their brothers, but with the drama that had come of Taeyang's supermoon activities, it just hadn't come up. And the timing just wasn't right. At least that was the excuse that they both had latched on to. Mostly they just didn't know how to tell them all and wasn't sure they were prepared for anyone saying they were uncomfortable with their relationship. Although Hoseok didn't believe any of them would say anything like that, it didn't mean the irrational fear wasn't there. He knew how taboo this was in their home country. Moon knew too.
In the safety of their rooms, they were more comfortable, more free with the new affection they could express in a myriad of new ways, kissing being Hobi's FAVORITE new past time. Also cuddling wearing much less clothing. And of course the sex and foreplay was mind blowing and despite their inexperience in the subject, Hobi had discovered the internet was very helpful and that having your best friend as your lover was literally the best thing in the entire world.
Currently that best friend and lover was not paying him an ounce of attention and Hobi was starting to get bored. He still had the room for another forty minutes and with how sought after private practice time was, he needed to use it, but what he WANTED to be doing was kissing his boyfriend. Hobi found he was constantly distracted by thinking about all the ways he loved Moon's lips and his face and everything about him. He loved him, something he now told him every day, as often as he could. Which maybe was excessive, but who was he fooling? He'd loved Moon since he was eleven, even if he didn't quite know it.
He walked towards where Moon was leaned up against the wall, wiping his forehead off on the sleeve of his shirt. As he reached his boyfriend, Moon held up a bottle of water, without ever looking up from the book he was reading. Hobi grinned at him and took the bottle of water, drinking almost all of the contents before putting it back in Moon's waiting hand. So he was paying attention, he just appeared not to be. Hoseok smirked as he walked back to where his Ipod was connected to the speaker system and put it on random. The song that came on was one by Aaralyn Knowles, Pose, a song he actually had some choreo to, from Frankie Kim, which he immediately practiced when the part came on, but it was only to a part of the song and as soon as the part was over he couldn't stop from fooling around, exaggerated dancing and posing/shaking his butt as he strutted around, as his boyfriend was steadily not looking at him, but Hobi knew he hadn't flipped a page in the last two minutes, so he was absolutely paying attention to his extra behavior. Which only made him more ridiculous and over the top, until Moon was smirking, but still not looking up at him, like he didn't want to give in to Hobi's antics. Which of course made Hobi try harder, until he tripped on his own feet and fell in an ungraceful heap of laughter. And then Moon looked up at him. Hobi was laughing and smiling and slid to his knees before he crawled towards Moon and leaned in to kiss him gently.
"I need to fall all over myself to get your attention now, hyung?" he teased as he brushed his lips against the older boy's.
