Poppy & Jin-gi (Rap Mon) | Outskirts of the Bonfire | about 11pm
Poppy laughed again, in her musical fairy laugh, the sound genuine at his analogy about herding cats. She could imagine it just as he he said and was smiling brightly at him as he continued to explain how each of the younger boys would react to his trying to banish them back to their rooms. Especially at the description of V's apologetic look, but still would follow Tae. It was charming and the affection and protectiveness he had for the other boys was obvious even as he sighed wryly and looked as amused as he always did.
The rainbow haired girl wasn't surprised when he just let her ramble, as she mucked up her second apology, pretty much as throughly as her first. But he looked amused and his laugh wasn't at her, but at the absurdity of the situation and her terrible ability to only dig down. As Rap Mon asked if he should count himself lucky, she blushed again and looked down at her colorful nails. Why was she so terrible at this?
But his reassuring smile was there as she looked back up into his gorgeous face, once again struck by how flawless his skin was, how plush those soft lips were and how intense his dark chocolate eyes were. Poppy realized he was teasing her about their next date and that she was also once again staring at his lips. Titania's Tits, what the fuck was wrong with her?
Poppy nodded as she smiled at him, tucking a strand of rainbow hair behind her ear and glancing up into his eyes. "Maybe you come pick me up at my dorm this time?" she suggested with a smile. "Then I can't stand you up." She quickly added, "not that I would stand you up again."
But Rap Monster was still smiling at her so she stopped talking. Into the comfortable silence she looked down at the sand, at the small space between them. Poppy slid over so she was sitting closer to him, but didn't look up at him as she went back to drawing hearts in the sand. When she glanced up at him, he was watching her, but it wasn't uncomfortable. She smiled back softly and then glanced back down at the sand, where the hearts were traced in the sand.
"I feel like this is the part where we get to know each other better, but that's seriously one sided, since there is so much information out there about you already, that I already know as a fan of your music." Poppy had a moment of thinking that might sound crazy weird.
"That's weird isn't it? That I already know so much about you and you know nothing about me?" Poppy laughed. The bright haired girl looked up at Rap Monster.
"So, I'm twenty one, Nissa and I share a birthday, I don't have a favorite color because I love all colors, except brown and grey, I have one tattoo, a matching one with Nissa and Lights that Lights did, pierced ears and the nose one, I only occasionally put in." The fae thought for a second as she tried to think of all those trivial things they talked about in interviews. "I have two older twin sisters, Azalea and Zinnia, and Zin does make-up professionally. My parents are divorced, in fact they hate each other so much they live on opposite sides of the country, so I've spent equal time in New York City and L.A." She tapped her nose as she thought of other random information to tell him, to even the playing field.
"My favorite animals are obviously unicorns, and I collect adorable plushies. Oh and I have a swear jar in my room, which pretty much funds the youtube channel." Poppy shrugged at all that random information and then smiled at him.
"So tell me something NOT you haven't told anyone in an interview or magazine."
