Thread: Maddox & Chelsea
Who: Maddox & Chelsea
When: Monday, January 16th, 2012; afternoon after classes
Where: Maddie's apartment in Mystic Veil
What: Best friend time.
Rating: Medium(?)
Maddie had invited his best friend Chels over to hang out after classes were done and of course she had accepted. He got out of class earlier then her and let her know through text message that he would be at the apartment, going to cook them somthing to eat for dinner. He text Tylen too, just to let him know what was going on for the evening. It wasn't that he had to check in with his best friend and bandmate, but he wanted to let the crow know he would be home and hanging out, since Tylen ended up crashing at the apartment more often then not, especially when he didn't have any super early morning classes. Upon entering the apartment, he was greeted by Bonnie & Clyde as soon as he unlocked the door and he couldn't help the easy way he greeted the two dog. Technically the lighter dog was Bonnie as she belonged to Lennox, but the dogs lived here with Maddie because they would have been heartbroken to be separated.
"Hey guys," he greeted them as he stooped to pet them, their little butts wagging as they snuffled and snorted at him. The dogs were so happy he was home they wagged their whole back ends, jumping over each other to get closer to him. Standing up, he signaled them he was going into the kitchen and they followed, their excitement obvious in their little bodies. Moving through the entry way into the open loft. The apartment was very eclectic in its design, with lots of art and satirical religious imagery. moving into the little alcove that was the kitchen, the dogs still on his heels, he stopped to feed them, before opening his fridge and trying to decide what to make for him and Chels to eat. He was already starving. And he didn't feel like he wanted to cook. "Fuck it," he muttered and reached for his phone, dialing the number of the Thai place around the corner.
"It's Maddie," he greeted the man who picked up. They knew him, as it was as very small town, and he was a townie. "Can I have my normal doubled with an order of spring rolls, delivered please?" After a moment, he hung up and dropped onto the couch, the dogs joining him. Sure Bonnie was supposed to be his sister's dog, but really they were both his. Bonnie curled up at his feet, and Clyde crawled up next to his chest, head laying down on Maddie's chest and promptly falling asleep. Flicking on the T.V. Maddie flicked through the channels, lazy like until he heard the knock on the door. It was too early for the Thai food and yelled out, "It's unlocked," knowing it was probably Chels.
