Thread: Calix & Johnny
Who: Calix & Johnny Where: Her Room What: Cuteness/Snow When: Snowstorm Rating: TBD.
Johnny was troubled and there was nothing anyone could do about it. It had nothing to do with the snow but it left him colder than any blizzard ever would. Rumor was that Trinity was searching for a new charge. He never believed just talk but her transfer documentation had landed on his desk that morning requiring his signature to release her from her contract. He’d instantly terminated their link not wanting her to know how this made him feel. He had avoided his classes all day and remained locked in a friend’s room, untraceable. His only conclusion was that the after effects of the attack and the fact that he’d linked to her and knew of the abuse had her needing to terminate the guardian bond. It hurt but it would have hurt far less if she’d come and spoken to him instead of him hearing it from a vampire that lived in Southern Africa, as far from the court as physically possible and he knew before Johnny had.
Johnny stared down at the paperwork his anger growing to mask the heart break he was feeling, he wasn’t romantically linked to Trinity in any way, shape or form but the fact that she wanted to terminate their bond and leave him broke his heart. She was his best friend, confidant, sister and more all rolled into one being and she was getting ready to walk out of his life. That hurt.. More than he’d ever admit to anyone.
He left as the snow picked up avoiding his room completely and heading straight for Calix’s. If he was getting trapped anywhere it was going to be with his soul-mate. He didn’t knock instead he slipped into the dorm and then knocked on her bedroom door, “Calix” He called out before he opened the door his smile firmly in place.
