Thread: Ilsa & Oz
Who: Ilsa Craven & Oz Williams When: January, Friday the 13th, 2012 Where: Angels & Kings: at the bar What: Oz gets the courage up to talk to Ilsa outside of their working relationship
Ilsa had been having quite a week. School had officially been back in session for a grand total of four days and she was more then ready to go back on vacation. The winter break had been good for her and Katya and even Devon, spending the holidays together, and Ilsa was working on forgiving Devon for the wrongs she had deemed him guilty of. It was hard, and stressful, and she couldn't help that every time she looked a the man she knew should be her brother-in-law, the man she loved as brother, all she could think of was her lost fiance and how much it still killed her. So spending more time, all of it personal, with Devon was something that was taking more of a toll on Ilsa then she would let on, even to her sister. The important thing was that she was trying, which was all Katya had asked of her.
Ilsa decided she needed a break and once classes were out for the day and she had finished as much work as she was going to get done for the evening, she went for a swim, ate a light dinner and decided to head to the local bar, Angels & Kings. She without much hurry, added her favorite leather jacket with a small silk scarf, added peep-toe heels and made her way down to the cars on the premise that would take her to the town and local bar. It took about fifteen minutes before the red head was dropped off in front of the bar. Once inside, she greeted a few of the locals she knew, pausing to speak to a few of the more friendly ones, flirting as she did, before moving to the end of the bar, and ordered herself a whiskey sour. She flipped open her phone texting her best friend Lei, to see if the fiesty vampire would be coming down to the bar, or had her own plans with a certain male college boy, she had been fooling around with. Out of the corner of her eye, she caught sight of movement and looked over to see Oz Williams walk into the bar. Of course she knew who he was and that just the sight of him made her want to do dirty things she hadn't done since Christian's death. The idea made her feel slightly guilty and she looked away, her hand unconsciously coming up to play with the ring at her neck on the necklace. With her free hand she raised the glass to her lips and took a sip of the drink.
