VIOLA & TAY
Vi knew she hadn't been as forthcoming about the party as she probably should have been. However, she had a good reason. Just like she had a good reason for going along on this very elaborately set up charade. She knew Tay didn't approve of most of the things that had happened so far, though she also knew as soon as it was just the two of them that disapproval would be forgotten. They just had to get through the party. They'd been to dozens of these. It shouldn't be hard.
Seeing the people walking by as she met up with her fiance, however, threw that idea right out the window. Everyone looked so different. Vi didn't exactly stand out, she was too much of a snob to totally shirk the dress code and look like a fool, but she definitely didn't look so...extreme. Blue eyes had widened at first, though as soon as she saw Tay the shock was replaced with pure pleasure. Her gaze trailed over the open jacket, revealing bare skin, and she bit her lip a little. "Do I know how to make my man look even better, or do I know?" she murmured, then remembered that he was probably a little uncertain. In fact, she could feel it now that she concentrated on him.
"It will be fine. Just stick close to me for a bit," she said with a wink. Wrapping her arm around him in turn, Vi's smirk turned wicked. "Once we put in a little bit of time, we can make a clean getaway back to our room."
