BENNETT & TAYLOR | THE DANCE FLOOR
For the second time since he'd found her in the crowd, Taylor forgot the crowd was even there. Hearing that echoing sound that slipped from her lips only spurred him on, and he had trouble controlling the passion that seemed to ignite instantly. Bennett's hands were on the back of his neck in order to pull him closer, though there was really no need. He was more than happy to put himself against that supple body without any prompting.
As she threw herself back against his kiss with equal abandon, Taylor felt it was acceptable to deepen their already heated lip-lock. His arms were tightly around her now, pressing her into what he was sure Bennett would recognize as how much he was enjoying this heat, even as his tongue delved hungrily into her mouth. He wasn't a particularly aggressive person normally, but Taylor went after what he wanted with everything he had. Right now, that object of desire was one beautiful Ansley Bennett.
He was just getting into the second kiss, his hands roving lower until they splayed over her hips in a bold attempt to sneak even lower, when he heard the sound of someone clearing their throat right beside them. With a low growl that should never have been so natural given how human he was, Taylor allowed Bennett to pull back so she could look at the offending intruder. A roll of his eyes quickly replaced the irritation, however, and he tried valiantly to keep the smirk off his face as they both stared at the poor underclassman.
True to form, he couldn't stop the snicker as what could only be describe as a shit-eating-grin took up residence on his face. Taylor never had been very good at being humble, and right then he wanted to shout 'Haha, beat ya!' to the poor sap. Holding back, he watched as Bennett took the drinks, unable to stop another snort of laughter that he managed to make sound like a cough. "Cheers buddy," he said to the kid, raising the bottle she had just stolen before letting her pull him away.
His laughter echoed hers as they paused out of sight, and hopefully earshot, of the guy. Taylor shook his head after he allowed himself to let it out for a few moments, slinging an arm around her shoulder as she started to walk. "I guess so," he mused, still grinning. "I sure hope that's never me. Might have to keep my kissing skills up to par to make sure I have some leverage."
