CHARLIE & HAYDEN | HANG OUT AREA | 11:23PM
Charlie had no idea that her crush knew her dirty little secret. If she had, she would have been mortified. All the easy smiles and touches would have gone out the window. No matter how comfortable she felt with Hayden, how much she felt they had a connection, nothing would be able to cover the embarrassment and shame of what she'd done. It was entirely a ridiculous linne of thinking, but the little angel didn't exactly have a stellar since of logic. Despite Troi and Cody's assurances that nobody would think less of her, Charlie felt like everyone would see her in a different light. She didn't want to disappoint anyone, and having them think she was some kind of slut would be worse than them just finding her stupid for falling for Maddie's tricks.
None of those thoughts were bothering her at the moment, however. It felt good to be sitting on top of Hayden, and the angel enjoyed the way her body seemed to flush with just a simple brush against him. She wanted to experience those things she'd felt with the wrong person with someone who was right, but she was afraid to cross that line. Charlie liked Hayden, a lot in fact, and ruining that wasn't something she ever wanted to do.
Of course, being drunk, her brain didn't exactly process how much she wasn't acting like the perfect virgin she pretended to be. Taking the water, she gave him one of her brilliant smiles before taking a swig. "Of course I do! I wore a bathing suit, after all," she insisted, pulling down her dress so he could see the bikini top; as if Hayden hadn't been able to see that it was there all along. Releasing the fabric, she giggled, taking another gulp of the water before handing it back.
"What? That's nonsense!" she exclaimed, waving away his words before fixing him with her drunk-version of a stern glare. "You are hot. You should be the only one around here taking your shirt off!" Charlie's words were loud and vehement, and she gave a definitive nod as she finished to accentuate her point. "I can take mine off first if it makes you feel better, though," she added, as if that were the most gracious idea in the world and not a highly suggestive statement.
