ELSE & CHESTER | THE SHORELINE | 12AM
As Else told him he was the most oblivious boy ever, Chester got confused. What had he missed? And then suddenly Else was really close to him, her wet skin pressed against his, the warm water enveloping them. As her eyes met his, his arms had automatically gone around her, settling on her lower back, her arms going around his neck as he started to talk again, although he wasn't even sure what he was talking about as he suddenly got nervous. Nervous?! Else made him nervous?
"Chester, shut up." Then her lips pressed into his, pulling him into her. His hands tightened on her lower back, automatically pulling her into him. Her lips were soft and warm and Chester kissed her back, even as surprised as he was at the move. Their lips moved together, the noise of the party fading to the background, along with any thoughts of Kali and the boys he had seen her with at the party. His hand slid up her back, into her soft wet hair. As the kiss ended, Chester's eyes opened to look at Else, her blue eyes inches from his green ones.
When he found his voice, it was low, soft over the sound of the water. "Yeah, I totally missed that," he said with a low laugh. But he didn't pull away from her, their bodies still pressed together. Green eyes searched her face, it was like a door had opened he hadn't even realized was there. And while it wasn't unheard of for Chester to hook-up with girls when he and Kali were broken up, it wasn't ever with a friend or happen more then once. And he wasn't sure what Else wanted. Hell, he wasn't sure what he wanted. Except to kiss her again. That he wanted to do.
But he wasn't so lost in the rising tension that he didn't check in first, because he really was in totally new territory by making-out with a friend. "What do you want, Else?"
