The corners of Evan's eyes wrinkled as he laughed at Bryce's funny face. Her seemingly effortless ability to make him laugh was one of his favorite things about her. Not that he was ever a super serious guy that never laughed but with Bryce it was different somehow. he often found himself wondering how on earth he had missed her before. Of course it would make sense when you looked back. They knew each other in school but they ran in completely different circles.
"Grading is the worse part of this job. I find myself tempted to assign less work to the students just so I don't have to grade as much." His charming smile was wide across his face as he looked at her. his urge to move to a different place still hadn't gone away but where he was thinking about defiantly had. Now he was seriously contemplating abandoning these finals in favor of asking Bryce out for lunch. He was well aware fo the fact that he liked her and he was pretty sure she felt the same. Though honestly it never would have occurred to Evan that a girl might not like him like that. He had never been turned down when he asked a girl out.
"How about we forget about grading for now and go for some lunch?" he asked her with her charming smile and sparkling eyes.
