This vulnerability was not something he had ever seen in her before but it was actually kinda nice to see it. He knew she was upset and the fact that she was vulnerable wasn't a good thing but he was equally sure that there wasn't a guy in the world that didn't melt at a little bit of vulnerability.
"Of course I do." he confirmed. He wouldn't have said it if he didn't actually mean it. "It wasn't you that I needed to get away from." he explained to her, "It was your lifestyle. I needed to break myself away from all that. Leaving you was the worse part of that"
She asked to be introduced to the counselor he had met. She was clearly serious about this change in her mindset. He nodded his answer, "I'll call him." He smiled at her as he looked down at her. Her soft, vulnerable look was so appealing and he was quickly lost in her eyes. He was hardly aware of what he was doing as he leaned down to press his lips against hers.
