Brayden was startled by who walked through his door. Emilie was quite possibly the last person he expected to come to see him. He couldn't stop the way his eyes monetarily trailed over her. Gods she was a beautiful as ever and the red hair really was quiet becoming on her. His eyes met hers and he could see something was wrong. Most people tended to think that their relationship had been nothing but parties and sex but there had been more. There had been something real. Even he couldn't deny that.
"Of course you can." he told her. There HAD to be something very wrong for her to be here, to be saying the things she was saying to him. There was a vulnerability in her at the moment that he had never actually seen before. It worried him. He quickly flicked the TV off and rose from the couch. It would be better if they talked in his room. He dint know when his roommate was coming home and he didn't know if want she had on her mind was sensitive to others ears.
"The red looks good." He told her with a reassuring smile before he beckoned her. "Come on, we'll talk in my room." he said as he walked through the door of his bedroom. He waited for her to follow him in before he closed the door behind them. He moved easily to sit on the edge of the bed. He patted the seat next to him to tell her she could sit next to him if she wanted to.
"What's wrong?" he asked her. This clearly wasnt going to be a casual converstion.
