PROMPT 2: Kate Bishop (and Loki)
It was hot. Kate was grateful she didn't have one of those long sleeve shirts or those jackets over her shoulders. They didn't look comfortable, and she bet they were made of heavy wool. Her skin and hair didn't like the lack of humidity either. After Hector's rampage through town — both long-haired Loki and Bucky dying — Kate was hyper interested in what was going on. It had been a long time since she'd had a real case that might be similar to something back home.
She bet there was some weirdo villain behind all of this, using a bunch of jacked up drones or mind controlled people for their plan. She'd have to break that mind control and save the people whether they were brainwashed or not. It seemed to be a big staple in her life, from Mother to Take Back Control to her father's shitty superpower.
Kate would very much love to figure out who the Big Bad was and stop them from hurting more people.
"There's something weird going on," she told Loki as they walked down the main dirt road. "I don't mean the people coming back to life and not remember dying. There's something else I can't put my finger on."
