Re: LOKI & ORLIN [OPEN]
Loki didn’t move when she shoved him. Nor did he seem to display any remorse for having potentially hurt her feelings. (Was it even possible to hurt Julia’s feelings when she didn’t have a shade?) In fact, if anything, it looked as though he’d planned the entire conversation on purpose. Like he’d intended for this to be the aftermath. Like he wanted to upset her.
But why?
Once she was out of sight, Loki’s expression faltered. He blinked a few times and glanced around. He was standing in the middle of the dance floor area alone. That wasn’t right. Hadn’t he just been speaking to Julia about his head?
He turned around, but she was nowhere to be seen. Huh. That was odd. He shook his head. Then he remembered he was supposed to meet Natasha at the pool. He downed one last drink and left the party, rubbing the back of his skull where a migraine began to throb.
