"I'll try keeping an eye on the door, when it's... there." Vax offers a wry smile and a shrug. "I doubt they're foolish enough to have the arrivals on any sort of a fixed schedule, but if they do then it'll make things simpler. If not, we'll just have to be ready for people to make a leap for it when the door shows up."
Vax looks distracted for a second while he tries to pull his giant feathered coat train out of someone's way, but looking distracted apparently doesn't mean he isn't listening because his attention jerks back to Chris when he says he doesn't think his date is real. "Like she's an illusion? Can you just... unimagine her?" He glances around for said date, then frowns suddenly in the direction of where the door ought to be. "...if your date isn't real, then it might be the door doesn't actually disappear. They just magic it into looking like it has. Care to try falling through the wall, or shall I?"
