Re: MARTY'S
Orlin finds that very hard to believe because Captain Pike strikes him as very stylish. Or maybe it's just that cool and confident demeanor of his? Hard to tell. Orlin has neither. So either way, he's impressed!
"Worse than a dream gone awry?" Orlin follows the captain's gaze, but he doesn't seem to notice Una. So he just raises a brow. "Pulling something out of your mind? Are you okay, captain? Are you feeling well? Do you need a scan?"

Loki's fetch always remains nearby in a constant state of vigilance. But she doesn't prevent Loki from doing whatever he wants. She just steps in to make one or two critical remarks from time to time. It's hard to tell if she's being playful or serious.
But Loki answers all of the magic questions. Some of them flippantly. Some of them not. He always tries to make it difficult to determine what (if anything) he says is the actual truth. And whenever a question becomes too serious or too personal, Loki does something to distract. Like change the rhythm of the dance or adjust their physical closeness. It's a game to him. He doesn't care how it's played as long as he wins.
