"One works," Steve shrugged. "And, I usually finish the morning drop off by eleven thirty, so then it's just about getting everything out the door by three. I might have a boring job, but the flexibility is real."
He was glad the guy's smile was back, and took out his phone, skimming through the networks he never really remembered joining until he found Barnes. "Here, just to make sure...." he opened a new message, but then paused. Saying 'hey' seemed odd, given they were walking and talking at the moment. Steve wondered at how these devices were supposed to be 'easier' than talking, but then sighed at himself and elected to send a meme instead, eyes lighting up at the most recent one he'd saved to snicker at every so often.
"So... yeah. ten minutes head's up, I guess," he smiled innocently, pocketing his phone again.
