STEVE ROGERS
Steve arrived in Derleth in his Captain America costume which was, needless to say, looking a little ragged and battle-worn. So he found himself a pair of jeans and a Derleth University t-shirt from the theatre and wore that to the dinner. He looked (and felt) considerably out of place. He was more than a little stiff in his posture during the early parts of the night. His natural instinct was to first mingle with the people he knew. He gave Clint and Natasha extra attention because he had a feeling they might not be seeing each other for a while. He was a little wary around Sam and Bucky, but tried not to appear uncomfortable with them. He also looked out for Sharon to thank her for the nice walk they'd had the other day in the Green. He had one glass of wine with the pasta and then stuck to water for the rest of the evening. He did go back for seconds (shepherd's pie.) He sat wherever there was an open seat beside someone who looked friendly. And he struck up a conversation with anyone near him. He avoided the Loki he knew like the plague.
