After being awoken by whatever the hell that loud noise was around 1:30am, Eliot knew he wasn't going to get anymore sleep. He sent a quick text to Parker and Hardison to make sure they were both okay and then decided that he had too much nervous energy to stay in his room. Last week, he'd needed to stay in to avoid the creepy ass monsters that eventually killed him anyway. He needed some fresh air.
He took a run through the Green and still felt unsettled. This whole place was beyond weird and he didn't like it at all. How was he supposed to protect his people when nothing seemed to follow the rules of the universe that he knew? Even if they'd be okay after the reset, Eliot did not want Parker or Hardison to go through the experience of dying.
The sun was barely up and he decided to head to the dining hall to work off the rest of his nervous energy. He explored the kitchen and ended up pulling out pans and ingredients so he could cook. By the time normal people would start to wake, there was a veritable buffet of food available - several varities of quiche, a platter of bacon, pancakes, and precisely cut fruit. Hopefully people would eat it.
