Who: Rachel and Rory

What: Rachel takes a floo to Ireland to see Rory for a weekend.
Status/Rating: Incomplete/PG-13ish
Warnings: None.....but if needs updated will do.

Rachel was really nervous. She had packed a suitcase and then a duffel bag holding more things. She needed her products and of course her clothes. She really didn't know what she needed to bring, so she just brought what she knew that she would need in order to keep up her appearances. As she checked to make sure she had everything, she sighed as she stepped into the floo and was suddenly transported to Ireland.

Stepping out, she began to look for Rory. Would he be there to greet her and then they could go to his place and then go and explore? She definitely wanted to do some exploring since she had never been to Ireland before. Sighing as she just gathered her composure and decided that she just needed to relax for a bit. She really was starting to like Rory, they had done so many things together that her crush on Sam had just drifted away.

So finding a place to sit as she sent a text to Rory saying that she was here and just waiting. Then she put her phone away and just waited.

Rory had given Rachel directions on how to floo to a small restaurant that happened to be near his home. He thought that would be easier than having her floor directly into his house. He wanted to be able to ease Rachel into the house, rather than have her immediately in the house.

He had been on his way to the restaurant when he received Rachel's text. So he was running late, of course that's how it was going to be. He didn't particularly like running late, especially when it was to meet a girl he was rather interested in. A girl who had never been to Ireland before.

He stepped into the restaurant, and allowed his gaze to wander through the place until it landed on Rachel. He smiled slightly, and stepped toward her. "Hello, Rachel."

As she sat there in the restaurant waiting for him. She decided that maybe she would just get a glass of water, but then she had all that luggage. So she decided against it. She should just stay put because she didn't want Rory having to look for her if she wandered off too far.

So she got out her book that she had brought to read while she was in bed. She usually did that a lot, it was just something that she did that would help her to get to sleep. Opening it up, she began to read it. She was looking forward to spending time with Rory and getting to know him better.

When she finally heard his voice, she smiled up and put her book away. "Hey Rory. How are you?"

Rory leaned in toward Rachel, and placed a kiss on her cheek. "Sorry I didn't have you floo directly to the house, just thought this would be easier. ...didn't want my mother to find you first and bombard you with questions." He smiled at the girl, and offered her his hand to help her up.

"I am better, now that you're here. How are you?" He offered her another smile, and reached for one of her bags. "You have found yourself in the magical bit of Dublin, and my family and I don't live too far from here. ....it's just my mum, dad, Seamus, and myself."

She smiled as he placed the kiss upon her cheek. He was such a gentleman and that was probably the main reason why she kind of had feelings for him. Maybe this weekend they could figure out what exactly they were. "Its perfectly alright and understandable. I know that I would probably do the same thing. My dads like to bombard people as well. It must be a parent thing." She said as she laughed and then took his hand.

Feeling a blush coming upon her face, she nodded her head. "I'm doing pretty well. Glad to be getting away for at least a little while. My dads were starting to drive me crazy." She said with a smile. "I've seen pictures of Ireland, it looks very beautiful in the pictures, all the meadows and everything." She said looking at him. "Oh you have a brother, I wish I had siblings sometimes, but then I would imagine I wouldn't have gotten the attention that I know that I would need in order to succeed in the Broadway business." She was obviously babbling which was something that she did when she was nervous.

Rory smiled at Rachel for a moment, he was glad she was here. He had feelings for her, that was a definite thing. But how he had managed to get feelings for this girl, that he did not know. But it didn't bother him any, because it appeared as though she was starting to have feelings for him as well.

"Oh, I understand that. My parents are starting to drive me crazy as well. With Why aren't you going to school closer to home and This whole attack on the school wouldn't have happened here. That whole thing." He sighed softly, and just shook his head. "But I suppose that's to be expected, with parents." He led Rachel out of the restaurant and down the street, toward where Rory lived with his parents and his brother.

"Yeah, I have a brother. Seamus. He's older than I am, he just graduated. He went to school here. Well, Britain." He shrugged a bit at this, and then flashed Rachel a smile. "Though I got the good looks out of the two of us."

Getting up and grabbing her stuff, she started to follow him out. This was going to be a really fun weekend, it beat staying home and having her fathers question whether or not she should just go to a normal school that won't have them at the edge of their seats with worry. She felt calmer already.

"That's what my two dads are trying to get me to do. Saying that I should spend my senior year at some normal high school. I know that I'm a muggle, but I have grown to love Hogwarts and I have learned so much, I'm not about to spend my last year in some other strange school. So they agreed, they just worry about me that's all." She said with a shrug. "After that last attack, I was never really the same though, I lost both Kurt and Blaine." She suddenly had tears forming in her eyes but she shook them away.

"Oh, so he's not as special as you are then, with going to Hogwarts." She said with a smile as they continued to walk. "Oh really? Well, since I've never met your brother, I will just have to make a judgement for myself." She laughed and after a moment she looked at him, "I'm kidding."
