One of the unfortunate side effects of having an actual job was that Misha couldn't maintain his regular summer routine, of sleeping in until 11 every morning. The first few weeks had been rough, but now he was a pro at it, even having time to get a decent breakfast in, before he left. Lately, the hardest thing had been to pull himself away from Bella every day. Since her memory had returned, he had stayed at her side every possible hour of the day, as if to assure himself that she was still there.
