General pureblood families
(This is my interpretation anyway!)
Purebloods are very family-oriented and unlike typical Muggle houses several generations often live together - a pureblood teenager may expect to have grandparents, parents, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, cousins, and possibly nieces and nephews running around! These are of course the traditionalist purebloods, who often have old money and strong magic to support their large households. If they live in denser-packed areas, you can bet all of their neighbors are gonna be wizards if they can help it.
Keeping up appearances is important for them, especially the older generations and especially especially for the women, and they will not so much as run to the corner store at 2AM without being properly dressed. The youngins are generally more relaxed about this, as they are about most things. Lawns and the outsides of houses are kept meticulous, public areas of the house are cleaned daily. Some families will even hire Muggleborns and Mudbloods as 'help', the same way that some wealthy Muggle families hire immigrants as low-cost 'charity'. Early on in the 20th century it was trendy, even, and they were dressed up and paraded around at parties. Additionally, all family drama is kept behind closed doors, even though gossip has a way of getting out.
There are some more progressive pureblood families of course (Etta's parents, for example), and most enjoy a happy medium between the two. But there is still a lot of pureblood elitism, and unfortunately, they are typically the families with the most control.
