Kenny pulled out a chair and plopped down in it, as he pulled out a yellow legal pad from between two of the books. He wasn't quite sure why, but after the War he'd always preferred them to parchment. Maybe because it was easier to organize, or his muggle heritage was just that ingrained in him, either way, it was what it was. He wasn't trying to be nosy, but when Percy made that face, he couldn't help but glace down. He caught just enough of a glimpse of the picture to make a bit of a face himself. He wasn't about to ask any questions, he was sure there was a good reason why Percy had been making notes about it, and frankly, it really wasn't any of his business.
When asked, he let out a little bit of a sigh and pulled off the top book, a basic introduction to Wizarding Law, and held it up for Percy to see. "Figured it couldn't hurt." he said with a bit of a shrug laying it flat on the table. "Should the time for me to argue about the right to privacy, I figured I might as well know the correct citation. I mean, I'm pretty sure I know it, but it's nice to be sure and not sound like a total idiot." he said feeling like he was rambling a bit.
