Who: Evie and Tam Where: Home When: Friday, May 8th What: Evie goes to get Tam's things
Among Evie's many talents was the fact that she was a phenomenal actress. she needed to be in her line of work. Normally she was also extremely good at disguises and makeup. she didn't need those skills for this job. Not that this was work. This was all personal. It had been weeks since Evie had met her long lost twin sister. Her severely abused twin sister. So far Tam had been living without any of her own possessions. Honestly, it was amusing watching her try to make herself comfortable in Evie's clothing. But it was clearly it was time that the other woman has hr things back.
She had shown up at the house her sister had lived in for so long as her sister. Everything thing about the way she moved and talked was a perfect depiction of Tamsyn. Even the brother she had already met didn't think to ask her about the woman that had broken his wrist at the party. Though everything they did or said to her made her want to kill them all slowly. She gritted her teeth though. She wanted them to be completely comfortable with her presence before she struck. Which was exactly what happened. The asshole father of the bunch had walked into the bedroom as she had been packing everything she could and then he HIT HER. Needless to say, the look on his face when she struck back had been priceless.
It was why she was now returning to Nate's house with blood spattered on the edge of her skirt and on her shirt where it had dripped from the bloody nose she was completely unaware of. She carried two full suitcases and a few bags full of stuff. basically everything that looked even remotely important to Tam she had taken. As soon as she was in the door Evie dropped things. It wasn't that it was all too heavy for her. It was just a habit to drop things right inside the doorway. mostly cause it drove Nate nuts and he was adorable when he was annoyed.
"Tam?" she called as she stepped over a bag to move deeper into the space. She headed to make a drink for herself and Tam. They needed to celebrate. She smiled, unaware of the bruising forming on her cheek, as she turned to the other woman. "To freedom," she said as she handed the drink to her sister.
