Dante laughed loudly. The kid was pretty funny. "I know that angry chef. Well I've met him, and I've cooked with him before." Dante said with a big smile. Dante had lots of amazing cooking contacts. He knew lots of the 'big time' chefs. Gordon Ramsay, Ina Garten, and Paula Deen, to name a few. Of course, Dante didn't want to let on, he hoped that he would be able to get a few of them to come grade or help out in his class one day.
"Well it will work like this. If you make two mini quiches, the maximum grade you can make is a B, and then they will be graded accordingly starting from an 89. So if one of them is dreadful and one of them is really good, then chances are you would end up with a B. It sounds harder than it is. The size of the quiches will be about the size of the circumference of a coke can. Probably a little smaller. They only need to cook for 10 minutes, and we'll go over the procedure for a whole class period before you actually cook them." He said clearly liking the idea.
