Scott waited patiently as the members of the meeting filed out. There was an issue he wanted to mention, but it wouldn't have been appropriate in front of the others. Certain things were best left in private, and not in front of impressionable minds like the students. As he sat quietly, he looked to Ororo once they were alone. His voice echoed in the conference room, making it louder than he meant.
"You might have everyone else tricked Ororo, but not me." He paused, adjusting the tone of his voice to a decent level. "Everything looks fine on the outside. Looks like everything is running like clockwork. But you're losing it. I can see it, maybe because I have been gone a while. But they can't. The way Kitty acts makes me pay homage to the way she used to be."
He sighed, looking to the woman who had been his friend since their early youth. He didn't want to attack her, or make it seem like he blamed her. "You are doing the best you can, and I get that. But I think it's time to talk about what you have done here...Since Charles was murdered." His last sentence had more anger and bitterness in it than he would have meant. Part of him did blame her for Xavier. From what he was told, she was there. She didn't protect him. Logan tried, but Storm wasn't able.
"So, what exactly have you been doing while we were all away, Ororo?"
