Logan by far had more experience when it came to battles and they were entering a war. To say they were unprepared was an understatement. He decided it was his turn to speak up. "A quick strike would seal our fate. Not an outcome any of us in this room want or need. We'll end up in cages, treated like nothing more than lab rats and I refuse ta see anyone here be put through that." It made him sick to his stomach.
"Look, I know most of you here don't like me and think I have no more intelligence than a rabid dog. But the fact of the matter here is I have the experience that you all need. Kitty's right, we need information gathered before we even attempt a strike. And then we need it strategically done." He may not like Storm being in charge, but he recognized it since Scott hadn't stepped up to the plate so he approached her.
"Every member of the team has a different strength. Ta put every single one of them on the battlefield would put us at a huge disadvantage. I suggest you create different teams, and a leader that you see fit ta be in charge of each group. And then you as a leader, it would fall under your belt ta see that each team worked like a well oiled machine."
Standing beside her he turned and faced the group. "We don't have any idea really what we're up against, what they have, how many there are. Obviously I think there should be a team ta stay at the mansion so we don't have another incident. I don't think any of us want the kids in danger." He thought of the night Stryker attacked and it made his blood ran old. "Boning up on the security and running frequent tests on it as well as drills with the students wouldn't be a bad idea."
He then stood back and waited. Logan didn't mean to step on anyone's toes if he had, but not many seemed to believe he wanted to be involved and even more questioned his mental capability.
