His brow raised. "Never thought Jean killed ya. Thought Phoenix did. And pardon the hell outta me if I ain't so accepting of someone comin' back from the dead. Last time it happened, well the outcome of it ended with Xavier dead, you apparently just missing and Jean a psycho."
Logan knocked back the drink. Oh he was pissed, the past he lived and remember was constantly biting him in the ass. Which in that moment made him wonder why the hell he was searching so adamantly for a past he didn't remember at all.
"Well then, the everyone you've been talkin' to is full of shit. She's fucked that place up and her judgment sucks. Why she even met Magneto in the damn door is beyond me. I don't trust her. Actually found myself wishin' you were back when that whole thing went down." He shook his head, still not believing Scott was sitting right there. However he wouldn't exactly feel sad if he had to run him through if he went nuts.
But then he asked that question and Logan knocked back another drink. "How about you go fuck yourself."
So he wanted the story, the one that only Logan knew every intimate detail to. That was tough shit, he wasn't getting anything. He may of gotten her heart, her love and every moment that Logan wanted with her. But he'd be damned if he shared those last moments between them with anyone. "As far as me not bein' there. Before you go pointin' fingers One Eye, I was there. And when the weather witch went and welcomed Magneto with open arms I left. He's gone? I don't give a damn."
He flicked his tongue over his lips. "Honestly, I won't go back there.. not with any permanence unless you're in charge." Scott was handcrafted to be a leader by Xavier, that much he could appreciate and respect. Giving Scott a smirk he chuckled. "Don't mean I'm takin' orders from ya though." He'd never be that easy.
